<br><br>13A.060 Exclusive publication by Legislative Research Commission -- Copies <br>available to members of General Assembly. <br>(1) No administrative body other than the Legislative Research Commission shall <br>publish administrative regulations unless permission is granted by the Legislative <br>Research Commission and the administrative regulations are enclosed in a booklet <br>or binder on which the words "informational copy" are clearly stamped or printed. <br>(2) Copies of the Administrative Register and the Kentucky Administrative Regulations <br>Service shall be provided to a member of the General Assembly only upon the <br>request of the member. <br>Effective: April 13, 1984 <br>History: Created 1984 Ky.
