13A.060 Exclusive publication by Legislative Research Commission -- Copies available to members of General Assembly. (1) No administrative body other than the Legislative Research Commission shall publish administrative regulations unless permission is granted by the Legislative <br>Research Commission and the administrative regulations are enclosed in a booklet <br>or binder on which the words "informational copy" are clearly stamped or printed. (2) Copies of the Administrative Register and the Kentucky Administrative Regulations Service shall be provided to a member of the General Assembly only upon the <br>request of the member.
