<br><br>14.100 Record of fees collected -- Reports. <br>(1) The Secretary of State shall, in a separate book, keep accurate and itemized account <br>of all fees received by him. <br>(2) He shall report to each session of the General Assembly the amount received in <br>licenses, fees and penalties from corporations and the amount expended by him on <br>account of his duties relating to corporations. <br>Effective: October 1, 1942 <br>History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
