<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>14A.2-120 Evidentiary effect of filed document. (Effective January 1, 2011) <br>(1) A certificate from the Secretary of State delivered with a copy of the document filed <br>by the Secretary of State shall be conclusive evidence that the original document is <br>on file with the Secretary of State. <br>(2) The certificate shall bear the signature of the Secretary of State, which may be in <br>facsimile, and the seal of the Commonwealth. <br>(3) The only obligation of the Secretary of State is to certify that a document is of <br>record, and the Secretary of State is not obligated to certify as to the accuracy of any <br>fact set forth in a document of record. <br>Effective: January 1, 2011 <br>History: Created 2010 Ky.
