<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>14A.5-010 Statement of change of principal office. (Effective January 1, 2011) <br>(1) An entity required in its organizational filing to identify its principal office or a <br>foreign entity qualified to transact business that changes the mailing address of its <br>principal office shall deliver to the Secretary of State for filing, on a form supplied <br>by the Secretary of State, a statement of change that sets forth: <br>(a) The name of the entity or foreign entity; <br>(b) The address of its principal office prior to the change; and <br>(c) The new principal office address. <br>(2) Subsection (1) of this section shall apply to a statement of registration as a limited <br>liability partnership filed pursuant to KRS 382.335 or statements filed pursuant to <br>KRS Chapter 362.1. <br>(3) Subsection (1) of this section shall apply to a change in the designated office of a <br>limited partnership. <br>Effective: January 1, 2011 <br>History: Created 2010 Ky.
