<br><br>15.105 Assistant attorneys general for certain agencies. <br>(1) The Attorney General, with the approval of the head of the cabinet involved, shall <br>appoint assistant attorneys general for the Transportation Cabinet and the Finance <br>and Administration Cabinet. <br>(2) The assistant attorneys general and additional attorneys provided for in subsection <br>(1) of this section shall each be a person admitted to the practice of law by the <br>Supreme Court of this Commonwealth and shall qualify by taking the oath of office. <br>They shall be paid out of the appropriation or other funds of the respective agency <br>to which they are assigned. <br>Effective: June 20, 2005 <br>History: Amended 2005 Ky.
