<br><br>15.350 Definitions. <br>As used in KRS 15.350 to 15.370: <br>(1) "Police training" includes all formal police training activities in the Commonwealth <br>with the exception of on-the-job training, training conducted at police roll calls, and <br>training conducted by institutions of higher education. The Kentucky Law <br>Enforcement Council shall, by regulation, define those activities which constitute <br>formal police training and those which do not. <br>(2) "Police instructor" means any person engaged in conducting, supervising, or <br>teaching in courses of police training as defined in subsection (1) of this section. <br>History: Created 1972 Ky.
