<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>15.384 Cost of council administered tests -- Waiver. <br>(1) The council shall administer the physical agility, polygraph, psychological, and drug <br>screen tests at cost for those agencies requesting council-administered tests. <br>Agencies may petition the council for waiver of the costs of these tests upon a <br>showing of undue financial hardship. <br>(2) An agency may, at its own expense, administer its own physical agility, polygraph, <br>psychological, medical, and drug screen tests, as well as additional tests. <br>Effective: December 1, 1998 <br>History: Created 1998 Ky.
