<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>15.394 Declaratory judgment action if agency job task analysis deemed invalid. <br>(1) If the council believes an agency's job task analysis to be insufficient or erroneous, <br>the council shall file a declaratory action in Franklin Circuit Court to declare the job <br>task analysis invalid. <br>(2) Until the job task analysis has been declared invalid and all appeals have been <br>exhausted, the council shall accept the agency's job task analysis. <br>Effective: December 1, 1998 <br>History: Created 1998 Ky.
