<br><br>15.455 Certification of program cost projections to Finance and Administration <br>Cabinet. <br>Upon receipt of a written request by the Finance and Administration Cabinet for cost <br>projections of the Law Enforcement Foundation Program fund as prescribed in KRS <br>42.190, the administrator of the fund shall, within twenty-one (21) calendar days, certify <br>in writing said projections to the Finance and Administration Cabinet. <br>Effective: April 1, 1982 <br>History: Created 1982 Ky.
