<br><br>15.710 Delegation of functions to Attorney General. <br>The council in its sole discretion may delegate the following functions to the Office of the <br>Attorney General: <br>(1) Prepare budget estimates of state appropriations necessary for the maintenance and <br>operation of the unified prosecutorial system and make recommendations in respect <br>thereto. <br>(2) Collect statistical and other data and make a report to the council relating to the <br>expenditure of public moneys for the maintenance and operation of the unified <br>prosecutorial system and the offices connected therewith. <br>(3) Carry on a continuous survey and study of the organization, operation, condition of <br>business, practice and procedure of the unified prosecutorial system. <br>(4) Formulate and submit to the council recommendations of policies for the <br>improvement of the unified prosecutorial system. <br>(5) Provide for educational programs for the members of the unified prosecutorial <br>system. <br>(6) Perform such other functions as may be assigned by the council. <br>Effective: January 1, 1977 <br>History: Created 1976 (1st Extra.
