<br><br>15.905 State Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Prevention Board. <br>(1) The State Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Prevention Board is created as an <br>autonomous agency within the Office of the Attorney General. <br>(2) The state board may appoint an executive director of the state board to exercise the <br>powers and carry out the duties of the state board. <br>Effective: July 13, 1984 <br>History: Created 1984 Ky.
