<br><br>15.915 Public meetings and records. <br>(1) The business which the state performs shall be conducted at a public meeting of the <br>state board held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. <br>(2) A writing prepared, owned, used, in the possession of, or retained by the state board <br>of the performance in an official function shall be made available to the public in <br>compliance with the Open Records Act. <br>Effective: July 13, 1984 <br>History: Created 1984 Ky.
