15.942 Training plan for investigation of child sexual abuse and protection of victims. The Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, the Attorney General, the Administrative Office of <br>the Courts, and the Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall develop a training plan <br>for investigation of child sexual abuse cases and protection of child sexual abuse victims <br>within the Commonwealth. They may seek assistance from any educational, legal, and <br>mental and physical health-care professionals needed for implementation of training <br>programs.
