<br><br>15A.240 Enforcement by Department of Juvenile Justice. <br>(1) The Department of Juvenile Justice shall enforce the provisions of KRS 15A.210 to <br>15A.230 and the administrative regulations issued thereunder. <br>(2) The Department of Juvenile Justice may institute legal proceedings including but <br>not limited to injunctive remedies to secure compliance with the provisions of KRS <br>15A.210 to 15A.230. <br>Effective: July 15, 1998 <br>History: Amended 1998 Ky.
