<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>15A.270 Administrative regulations governing fund -- Hearings. <br>(1) The Department of Juvenile Justice shall promulgate and enforce administrative <br>regulations to govern at least the following aspects of the operation of the local <br>alternatives-to-detention fund: <br>(a) Application procedures, including granting and denying applications; <br>(b) Program and funding restrictions; <br>(c) Program and funding reports; <br>(d) Termination of programs; and <br>(e) Other related matters. <br>(2) Administrative hearings promulgated by administrative regulation under authority <br>of this section shall be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. <br>Effective: July 15, 1998 <br>History: Amended 1998 Ky.
