153.392 Powers of commission. The commission may: <br>(1) Solicit and accept grants or other funds or property from any available source, public or private; (2) Employ such staff as it deems necessary; <br>(3) Procure office space and supplies necessary to enable it to effectively carry out the planned celebrations; and (4) Enter into such contractual and promotional agreements necessary to effectively stimulate a statewide program of celebrations.
