<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>16.194 Retirement system participation for positions governed by KRS 16.186 to <br>16.195. <br>Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary, officers <br>governed by KRS 16.186 to <br>16.195 shall participate in the following retirement systems:<br> <br>(1) Commercial vehicle enforcement officers, arson investigator officers, and <br>hazardous devices investigator officers shall participate in the Kentucky Employees <br>Retirement System under hazardous duty coverage; and <br>(2) Facilities security officers shall participate in the Kentucky Employees Retirement <br>System under nonhazardous coverage. <br>Effective: June 25, 2009 <br>History: Created 2009 Ky.
