<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>16.199 Trooper R Class to adhere to agency standards of conduct and policy -- <br>Complaints. <br>(1) All individuals employed as a Trooper R Class shall adhere to the agency standards <br>of conduct and policy. <br>(2) Any person may proffer charges against an individual employed as a Trooper R <br>Class by submitting a written complaint, signed by the complainant, with the Office <br>of Internal Affairs within the department. <br>Effective: June 25, 2009 <br>History: Created 2009 Ky.
