<br><br>17.140 Centralized criminal history record information system. <br>(1) A centralized criminal history record information system shall be established in the <br>Justice and Public Safety Cabinet under the direction, control and supervision of the <br>commissioner of the Department of Kentucky State Police. <br>(2) A centralized criminal history records information system means the system <br>including equipment, facilities, procedures, and agreements for the collection, <br>processing, preservation or dissemination of criminal history records maintained by <br>the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet. <br>Effective: June 26, 2007 <br>History: Amended 2007 Ky.
