<br><br>17.143 Qualified person to administer system -- Personnel. <br>The commissioner shall appoint a qualified person to administer the centralized criminal <br>history record information system. He shall have statistical training and experience and <br>possess a knowledge of criminal law enforcement and administration and of penal and <br>correctional institutions and methods. He shall be furnished with the necessary facilities <br>and equipment and shall appoint clerical and other assistants necessary for the operation <br>of the centralized criminal history record information system. <br>History: Amended 1976 Ky.
