<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>17.564 Authority for administrative regulations. <br>(1) The board may promulgate all reasonable administrative regulations not <br>inconsistent with this chapter that are necessary to carry into effect the purposes of <br>KRS 17.500 to 17.580 and 17.991. <br>(2) The board may promulgate administrative regulations requiring mandatory <br>continuing education for approved providers as a condition for obtaining their <br>renewal approvals. <br>Effective: July 12, 2006 <br>History: Amended 2006 Ky.
