The provisions of KRS 67.078 and 67.710 notwithstanding, a county judge/executive <br>may order county plows to remove snow from any state road the plow must travel on to <br>reach a county road to be cleared. The county judge/executive shall not be required to <br>declare an emergency for him to order county plows to remove snow from state roads. Effective: July 15, 1994 <br>History: Created 1994 Ky.
