Pursuant to the requirements of the MUTCD Section 1A-6, the commissioner of the <br>Department of Highways shall apply to the Federal Highway Administration, by no later <br>than February 1, 1999, for permission to experiment with a new usage of post-interchange <br>guide signs on all fully controlled access highways in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
