177.842 Application of KRS 177.830(10) to outdoor advertising. KRS 177.830(10) in conjunction with the prohibition of KRS 177.841(2) shall extend to <br>all applicable outdoor advertising devices erected after January 1, 1976, unless previously <br>determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be in compliance with the laws, <br>regulations, and rules governing outdoor advertising devices or were situated in an area <br>which was authorized by an existing or previous statute.
