179.010 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: <br>(1) "County roads" are as defined in KRS 178.010. <br>(2) "County engineer" means county road engineer. <br>(3) "Obstructions" includes any object which prevents the easy, safe and convenient use of a county road for public travel.
