<br><br>18A.160 Use of public buildings, property, and facilities. <br>(1) All office space, property, and equipment including, but not limited to, desks, office <br>supplies, typewriters, machinery, and implements utilized at hearings and in <br>recording and processing transcripts and other work of the board, heretofore used by <br>the board, shall become the property of the board. <br>(2) All officers and employees of the Commonwealth and of all its municipalities and <br>political subdivisions shall allow the cabinet and the board the reasonable use of <br>public buildings under their control, and furnish heat, light, and furniture for any <br>examination, hearing, or investigation authorized by KRS 18A.005 to 18A.200. The <br>cabinet and the board, as appropriate, shall pay to a municipality or political <br>subdivision the reasonable cost of any such facilities furnished by it. <br>Effective: July 15, 1998 <br>History: Amended 1998 Ky.
