<br><br>18A.200 Per diem salaries for state officers or employees serving on boards or <br>commissions prohibited during regular working hours -- Reimbursement of <br>expenses authorized. <br>(1) No state officer or employee who is required by statute or regulation to serve on any <br>board, commission or other body in an official capacity shall receive a per diem <br>salary for the attendance of meetings or performance of services during regular <br>working hours. <br>(2) Any state officer or employee who is required by statute or regulation or who is <br>elected or appointed to serve on any board, commission or other body in an official <br>capacity shall receive reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses in <br>accordance with state regulations and standards. <br>Effective: July 15, 1982 <br>History: Repealed, reenacted, and amended as KRS 18A.200, 1982 Ky.
