<br><br>18A.2287 Availability of state health insurance plan coverage for certain former <br>legislators. <br>A member of the Legislators' Retirement Plan who leaves the General Assembly after <br>completing twelve (12) or more years service in the General Assembly and who has not <br>received any benefits under the Legislators' Retirement Plan may elect to be covered <br>under the state health insurance plan for state employees provided under this chapter if <br>the member pays the premium. <br>Effective: July 14, 1992 <br>History: Created 1992 Ky.
