<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>18A.415 Discontinuance of pilot personnel program. <br>The Personnel Steering Committee may discontinue a pilot personnel program at any time <br>if the program goals and objectives set forth in the agency's application are not being met <br>and reasonable attempts at corrective action have failed. At that time, the provisions of <br>this chapter which have been suspended to allow for the pilot program shall resume in <br>full force and effect, and all employees participating in the pilot program shall be subject <br>to all provisions of this chapter to the same extent as if those provisions had not been <br>suspended. <br>Effective: July 15, 1994 <br>History: Created 1994 Ky.
