<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>18A.425 Reports from pilot agencies and the committee. <br>(1) Each pilot agency shall prepare and submit quarterly reports to the Personnel <br>Steering Committee. The committee shall review the reports and send them on to <br>the Governor, the Interim Joint Committee on State Government, and the <br>Legislative Research Commission. <br>(2) The Personnel Steering Committee itself shall submit a comprehensive report to the <br>Governor at least sixty (60) days prior to the 1996 and 1998 Regular Sessions of the <br>Kentucky General Assembly. This report shall give the status of the pilot personnel <br>programs and procedures utilized by the Executive Department personnel system. <br>Effective: July 15, 1994 <br>History: Created 1994 Ky.
