<br><br>18A.043 Administrative regulations to implement Federal Drug-Free Workplace <br>Act. <br>The secretary of the Personnel Cabinet shall promulgate administrative regulations in <br>accordance with KRS Chapter 13A, to implement the provisions of the Federal Drug-Free <br>Workplace Act of 1988, Subtitle D of Public Law 100-690, so that the Commonwealth of <br>Kentucky can certify that it has met the requirements designed to promote a drug-free <br>workplace for all state employees. <br>Effective: July 15, 1998 <br>History: Amended 1998 Ky.
