<br><br>18A.085 Removal of board members by Governor -- Appeal. <br>(1) Members of the board may be removed by the Governor for cause after being given <br>a copy of charges against them and an opportunity for an administrative hearing to <br>be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. <br>(2) Any member of the board removed by the Governor may appeal the Governor's <br>final order removing him from the board to the Franklin Circuit Court in accordance <br>with KRS Chapter 13B. <br>Effective: July 15, 1996 <br>History: Amended 1996 Ky.
