181.530 Obligations of city in regard to the bridge. In the contract the city may agree to transfer and assign to the person contracting with it, <br>any interest or right the city has in the bridge or portion, or any interest or right of the city <br>to acquire the bridge or portion, and shall agree to take over the bridge when turned over <br>to it as provided in KRS 181.510, and thereafter to maintain and operate it as a free <br>bridge until it is taken over and maintained and operated by the state or an agency of the <br>state.
