(1) No adoptive parent, proposed adoptive parent, agency, or intermediary shall pay the attorney's fees of a biological parent for any purpose related to an adoption action <br>except as approved by the court. (2) Any person who violates subsection (1) of this section shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. Effective: July 15, 1994 <br>History: Created 1994 Ky.
