<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>21A.180 Training for judges, domestic relations commissioners, and trial <br>commissioners on adult abuse, neglect, and exploitation investigations and <br>prosecutions. <br>The Administrative Office of the Courts, under the direction of the Supreme Court, shall <br>develop training for Circuit Judges, District Judges, and domestic relations and trial <br>commissioners on investigation and prosecution of cases of adult abuse, neglect, and <br>exploitation and on the investigation and services provided under KRS Chapter 209. This <br>multidisciplinary training shall specify the roles and responsibilities of Circuit Judges, <br>District Judges, and domestic relations and trial commissioners, and employees in their <br>respective offices, with respect to the investigations and prosecutions of these cases. <br>Effective: June 20, 2005 <br>History: Created 2005 Ky.
