<br><br>21A.070 Publication of opinions. <br>(1) All opinions of the Supreme Court shall be published. <br>(2) The Supreme Court shall determine which opinions of the Court of Appeals and <br>lower courts shall be published. <br>(3) The Supreme Court shall select the method of publication and the publisher or <br>publishers of the opinions of the Court of Justice. <br>(4) There shall be no copyright of the opinions. <br>Effective: March 23, 1976 <br>History: Created 1976 Ky.
