(1) Any officer who violates KRS 210.110 shall be fined not less than five hundred dollars (&#36;500) nor more than five thousand dollars (&#36;5,000) and his office or <br>appointment shall without further action be vacant. (2) Any person who willfully violates KRS 210.130 or 210.220 shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars (&#36;25) nor more than one hundred dollars (&#36;100).
