213.126 Preservation of vital records. To preserve vital records, the cabinet may prepare typewritten, photographic, electronic, <br>or other reproductions of certificates or reports of the vital statistics program. The <br>reproductions, when certified by the state registrar, shall be accepted in the same manner <br>as the original records. Effective: July 13, 1990 <br>History: Created 1990 Ky.
