218A.1403 Advertising controlled substance -- Penalties. (1) No person shall advertise through any media other than a professional or trade publication any controlled substance by either its "trade name" or by its generic or <br>formulary name. (2) Any person who violates subsection (1) of this section shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor for the first offense and a Class A misdemeanor for each subsequent <br>offense.
