<br><br>23A.090 Security services provided by sheriff -- Compensation. <br>(1) The sheriff of the county in which the Circuit Court is sitting shall provide such <br>deputies, certified court security officers, and ordinary equipment as the Chief <br>Circuit Judge shall deem necessary to provide security services to the court and its <br>facilities. <br>(2) The sheriff shall be compensated for these duties at rates to be determined by law. <br>Effective: June 26, 2007 <br>History: Amended 2007 Ky.
