<br><br>26A.210 Utilization of technical assistance and services of Department for <br>Libraries and Archives -- Records no longer needed may be offered to <br>department. <br>(1) The Supreme Court or the Administrative Office of the Courts may, upon <br>appropriate agreement, utilize the technical assistance and services of the <br>Department for Libraries and Archives. <br>(2) When there is no further need for a record of the Court of Justice, the Supreme <br>Court may offer the record to the Department for Libraries and Archives. <br>History: Created 1976 (1st Extra.
