<br><br>27A.320 Offender level. <br>The offender level of the system shall consist of at least the following information: <br>(1) Name of the offender, including other names by which he is known; <br>(2) Date of birth; <br>(3) Sex; <br>(4) Race; <br>(5) Ethnic origin; <br>(6) Residence address at time of arrest; and <br>(7) Personal identification number. <br>Effective: July 15, 1986 <br>History: Created 1986 Ky.
