<br><br>30A.030 Bond of clerks, deputies, and other personnel. <br>(1) All clerks, deputy clerks, and other persons employed in the office of the clerk shall <br>be bonded to the Commonwealth for the faithful performance of their duties and for <br>the accounting of all funds which may come into their hands by virtue of their <br>office. They shall be covered by the blanket bond for all elected or appointed state <br>officials. <br>(2) No other bond shall be required for performance of duty by the clerk, and any <br>statute to the contrary is repealed to the extent of the conflict. <br>Effective: January 2, 1978 <br>History: Created 1976 (1st Extra.
