<br><br>35.210 Oaths and affirmations. <br>(1) The military judge, all interpreters, and, in general and special courts-martial, the <br>members, the trial counsel, assistant trial counsel, the defense counsel, assistant <br>defense counsel, and the reporter shall take an oath or affirmation in the presence of <br>the accused to perform their duties faithfully. <br>(2) All witnesses before courts-martial shall be examined on oath or affirmation. <br>History: Amended 1970 Ky.
