<br><br>35.385 Code to be explained and text furnished to personnel. <br>KRS 35.015, 35.020, 35.035 to 35.070, 35.120, 35.130, 35.155, 35.185, 35.190, 35.275, <br>35.385, 35.390, 35.395, 35.440 to 35.680 shall be carefully explained to every enlisted <br>person at the time of his enlistment or induction into or when ordered to duty in or with <br>any of the forces of the National Guard or active militia or within six (6) days thereafter. <br>They shall be explained again after he has completed six (6) months service, and again at <br>the time he reenlists. A complete text of this code and of the regulations prescribed by the <br>Governor thereunder shall, upon request, be made available to any member of the <br>National Guard or active militia for his personal examination. <br>History: Amended 1970 Ky.
