<br><br>35.470 Solicitation or advice to desert or commit mutiny or treason. <br>(1) Any subject person who solicits or advises another or others to desert in violation of <br>KRS 35.460 and this section, or mutiny in violation of KRS 35.465 and this section, <br>shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. <br>(2) Any person subject to this code who solicits or advises another to commit an act of <br>misbehavior before the enemy or any hostile force in violation of KRS 35.600 or <br>sedition in violation of KRS 35.465 shall be punished as a court-martial directs. <br>History: Amended 1970 Ky.
