<br><br>35.480 Insubordination by warrant officer or enlisted person. <br>Any warrant officer or enlisted person who is found guilty of any of the following <br>offenses shall be punished as a court-martial may direct: <br>(1) Strikes or assaults a warrant officer, or noncommissioned officer while such officer <br>is in the execution of his office; <br>(2) Willfully disobeys the lawful order of a warrant officer or noncommissioned <br>officer; <br>(3) Treats with contempt or is disrespectful in language or deportment toward an <br>officer, warrant officer or noncommissioned officer, while such officer is in the <br>execution of his office. <br>Effective: July 1, 1954 <br>History: Created 1954 Ky.
