<br><br>36.170 Codes of regulations. <br>(1) The system of organization, armament, discipline and government of the National <br>Guard shall be prescribed from time to time in a code of regulations promulgated by <br>the Governor, subject to the laws and regulations of the United States. <br>(2) The system of organization, armament, discipline and government of the Kentucky <br>active militia shall be prescribed from time to time in a "Code of Regulations" to be <br>promulgated by the adjutant general after being authorized by the Governor. <br>History: Amended 1962 Ky.
