<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>36.250 Definitions for KRS 36.250 to 36.270. <br>As used in KRS 36.250 to 36.270: <br>(1) &quot;Board&quot; means the Kentucky Community Crisis Response Board; <br>(2) &quot;Community crisis response team&quot; means the statewide membership of trained <br>volunteers that provide crisis response services under the direction of the board; <br>(3) &quot;Crisis response services&quot; means consultation, risk assessment, referral, and on-site <br>crisis intervention services to persons impacted by crisis or disaster, but shall not be <br>construed to include any services performed or intended to be performed by any <br>other agency of the Commonwealth, any of its subdivisions, or any private party <br>under KRS Chapter 224 or 39; <br>(4) &quot;Debriefing session&quot; means the crisis response services rendered during or after a <br>crisis or disaster; and <br>(5) &quot;Local community crisis response team&quot; means a team formed to provide crisis <br>response services in a county, district, or region and which operates in accordance <br>with protocols and procedures established by the board. <br>Effective: July 15, 1998 <br>History: Repealed, reenacted, and amended 1998 Ky.
