<br><br>38.290 Officer in control of occupied premises -- Equipment to be stored in <br>armory. <br>(1) Premises occupied by the Kentucky National Guard for military purposes shall be <br>under the control of the senior National Guard officer using them. <br>(2) All military property furnished for the use of the several organizations of the <br>Kentucky National Guard shall be kept in the armory or storerooms of the <br>command, except when in use for authorized military purposes. <br>History: Amended 1962 Ky.
